Automatic Fomtec Shoulder Heading Machine: The automatic Fomtec tube shoulder heading machine is a conversion of semi Fomtec injection molding machines for the automatic shoulder headingprocess of tubes.
This equipment adopts touch screen human-machine operation, integrates machine, electricity and air, and has the advantages of simple operation, automatic fault alarm, stable performance, etc. It uses servo motor transmission, PLC precise control, photoelectric switches precise positioning, cylinder and slider module coordinated action, and is connected with the automatic tube arrangement machine (or small diameter vibrating plate tube arrangement machine) for automatic tube arrangement, then pushing the tubes to the upper tube conveying belt, and at the same time, it can automatically align. Then, through the swing arm, the tube is placed in the tube seat of the slide table, and then slides to the flipping machine position, while the pushing tube position operates, the arranged tubes are pushed to the flipping position on the nylon shaft and flipped 90 degrees to the right position, and the upper tube machine grabs the tube and prepares for the upper tube operation.
While one mold is performing shoulder tube heading, another mold performs corresponding tube extraction and lowering the tube onto the injection mold, and then the arranged tubes are grasped and wait for the next action, the extracted finished tubes are placed in the finished product turnover box.
During the shoulder tube heading of the injection machine, the sliding mechanism and the flipping mechanism perform the preparation work for the next mold’s tube extraction.
The shoulder tube feeding machine optimizes the original manual tube feeding and tube extraction process in the injection molding industry, reduces labor intensity, one person can supervise 2-3 injection machines, it is recommended to increase the number of molds to improve work efficiency, increase production capacity, and reduce production costs.
Robotic arm takes out the runner automatically and puts it in a carton / granulator.
